Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tummii (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Service description

Tummii is a mobile application and website that enables parents and caregivers to track dietary intake, bowel patterns, and related health observations for their children. The Service uses artificial intelligence to identify food items, analyze nutritional data, detect correlations, generate gut health scores, and create clinical reports.

Not medical advice

Tummii is a data interpretation and pattern tracking tool only. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical recommendations, or treatment advice. The Gut Score, Food Chain suggestions, Food Stretching protocols, and clinical reports are intended solely to assist parents in organizing health observations for discussion with qualified healthcare professionals. AI-generated insights may contain errors. Always consult your child's doctor.

User accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Tummii is designed for use by parents and caregivers, not by children directly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Tummii only for its intended purpose: tracking dietary and health data for your own child or a child in your legal care. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, enter data for individuals not in your care, attempt to access another user's data, or reverse engineer the Service.

Intellectual property

The Tummii application, website, and all related content are the intellectual property of Tummii. Your tracked data remains your property. You grant Tummii a limited license to process this data solely for providing the Service.

Limitation of liability

Tummii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Tummii's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Tummii in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may request export or deletion of your data prior to termination.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
